ABOUT
The GRHS Fishing team had it's inaugural season in Spring 2014. We fish the South East Texas High School Fishing Association (SETX) with 40+ other high schools across Texas. New in 2018 the team also added THSBA series fishing in the Houston division with 50+ other high school teams. The GRHS team is open to all students grades 9-12 who want to fish one of the fastest growing high school sports in the state of Texas. We do not provide boats or equipment to fishermen. Will and Mason
Senior Will and Junior Mason will fish as a team for the first time this year. They are fishing both the SETX and THSBA series. They had their
first top ten finish placing 7th at the the Nov. THSBA Rayburn tournament.
Matt and Sam

Sophomore team Matt and Sam are looking forward to a great second season. They had a great season end championship last year with 13.54 pounds . They will fish SETX together and Matt will fish THSBA
